Comment: He feels the greatest thrill at being trusted by people just for his position and paintjob. The look of betrayal they get when they realize what they’re dealing with is as sweet as candy.
To Punish and Enslave. Barricade once served as part of the Cybertronian law enforcement before the Great War broke out. He was never the most trustworthy of officials, always shady and enjoying too much to arrest and subjugate criminals. He was quick to join the Decepticon movement after theorizing that they would fall into a more corrupt and tyrannical state, waiting patiently until he got what he desired, and gaining a position as part of Megatron’s elite.
Barricade is devoted to his desire to see justice rendered. Unfortunately for the suspects he arrests, that justice is Decepticon justice. He is swift, cruel, and, born as a natural liar, most times deliberately ignorant of the facts. Like a hunter studying his prey, Barricade stalks the streets looking for any individual who may be working against the great Decepticon ambition. Anyone acting suspicious is quickly detained and rarely seen again.
His wish is simply to keep enforcing the Decepticon law as he sees fit, and the way he does is cruel and sadistic.

Over his career, Barricade has acquired a number of various torture skills and terrifying interrogation techniques. To apply them, he has retained the police gear that he had before the start of the war. What were once tools to ensure safety had been engraved in the circuitry of thousands as the worst torture devices they’ve experienced, earning them legendary status. Amongst his gear he has a pistol, wrist mounted guns, a nightstick, and brass knuckles engraved with the words ‘PROTECT’ and ‘SERVE’ for Barricade’s twisted sense of humor.

Notes: As the law enforcer amongst the Decepticon troops, he’s earned an infamous reputation to keep others in protocol. Despite that, he gets surprisingly along really well with the Mini-Cassette Frenzy. Has particular rivalries with the Autobots Bumblebee and Prowl, the former who he has clashed with numerous times, the latter a fellow law enforcer.

Comment: Preferably, he leaves no witnesses, and if any remains, he’ll send his pet to destroy them.
Heavy Brigade. Another gladiator who came to admire Megatron’s ways, albeit dim-witted, his strength and loyalty landed him a place in a brigade organized by Megatron to destroy one of the Autobots elite squads. The operation was a success, with Blackout as the last survivor, but with the credit of having killed the vast majority of the targets in question, granting him a high position in Megatron’s own elite, and earning the title of being a whole brigade by himself.
The only goals Blackout ever had were to serve Megatron, fight for Decepticon dominance, and be the most perfect soldier he could. He follows orders without question, even to the point of self-termination, and maintains himself and his weapons in pristine condition. The other Decepticons may choose the easy road, letting their bodies gather scratches and dents, but Blackout knows discipline is the prerequisite to power.
His wish is simply to allow the Decepticon cause to come on top, and continue Megatron’s legacy.

Blackout’s pet, a Cybertronian animal he domesticated and named after an ancient Titan. Barely what others would even call alive, Scorponok’s core programming is only a tiny bit more complex than pure instinct. He lives only to hunt and destroy with his energized stinger and drill-claws. Capable of burrowing through solid earth at nearly eighty miles per hour, he can be a terrifying opponent as he springs suddenly upon his target. Additionally, he’s been modified by Shockwave, allowing him to turn into a gun and become Blackout’s Targetmaster partner.

Notes: When not on his side or deployed, Scorponok usually inhabits Blackout’s body structure. In particular, has a rivalry with the Autobot medic Ratchet.

Comment: The parts taken from others in her body have over time naturally adapted to her physique, nevertheless, the memories of them remain painful.
The Best There Was. Shadow Striker and her sister Roulette once lived peacefully as just normal civilians, but things changed when she was forced to watch her sister's death at the hands of nomadic invaders and Shadow Striker learned the difference between those who held the power and those who were the power. Becoming a hitwoman, she ran constant jobs for the criminal underworld and was employed by Megatron to interrogate and kill Optimus Prime.
That became the second worst time of her life, as Prime would be rescued by the Autobot Bumblebee, in a confrontation that ended in an explosion that almost killed Shadow Striker, if not for Shockwave taking parts from her minions and transplanting them to her. The memories of losing her sister and now being a mix and match of parts from others constantly haunts Shadow Striker as she struggles to accept the present, distracting herself by following orders.
Her wish is to enact revenge on Bumblebee, using it as a coping mechanism to hide the pain she still suffers from losing Roulette.

Over her time in the criminal underground, Shadow Striker learned various skills. The use of knives, cannons, blades, but none of them compare to the aiming skills she learned from Roulette, seeking to become as good as she once was. This represents the culmination of Shadowstriker’s prowess as a sharpshooter, having ended countless targets by aiming at vital spots with unmatched precision, being the skills for which many hired her to perform dirty jobs.

Notes: As part of Decepticon security, she’s the one to finish the job of ending the opponent while they’re distracted with Waspinator. Close friends with Soundwave, given they were once treated as outcasts because of Shadow Striker’s transplant of numerous parts.
