Foster’s Stage: Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends

Getting the obvious choice for a Foster's stage out of the way, the titular foster home is where most of the action of your average Foster's episode transpires. It is a massive Victorian mansion which houses abandoned imaginary friends, offering many ammenities until they find a new home. The stage layout is somewhat similar to the Tomodachi Life stage in Smash, but on a much larger scale. You spawn on the house's rooftop, and can descend into the interior, exploring the house's many rooms. The various residents and regular visitors of Fosters will cameo in the stage, including, but not limited to, Mac, Bloo, Edwardo, Coco, Cheese, Herriman, Frankie, and Madame Foster herself. Wilt will also make an appearance on this stage if he's not in the fight, and the same will apply to any additional Fosters rep should we add any in the future.

Billy and Mandy Stage: Egyptian Basement

This is the secret themed basement of Irwin's house where his mummy mother resides. Essentially functioning as an Egyptian tomb, this is a fairly spacious stage with plenty of traps laid out to catch the player off guard. You can expect to see spikes coming out of the floor, debris falling from the celing, cages to trap the opponent, and many more traps designed to punish trespassers.

Cannibal Run
Players fight on the River Styx. Takes place on the little boat as it races the Boogyman's ship from the movie. Axes will drop down and a kraken will slam down on the stage.

Professor Utonium (Powerpuff Girls)

The father of Blossom, Buttercups, and Bubbles, who genetically engineered them using sugar, spice, and everything nice (and maybe an unexpected side ingredient).

As an assist character, he's fairly weak and defenseless, acting like a dude in distress that the player has to protect for about ten seconds. If they manage, he'll complete his super suit from "Powerprof" and attack their opponents with a powerful barrage of attacks.

Each member has their own unique attack. Ace hits powerful punches, Snake slides on the ground and headbutte up, Billy does belly flops, Arturo hits people with his comb, and Grubber tickles people with his grubby hands and feet.

Hector Con Carne (Evil Con Carne)

Hector Con Carne is a villain protagonist from CN show Evil Con Carne (It even shares the same universe with Billy and Mandy) and he was a billionaire originating from Mexico.

One day, when a bomb was dropped on his mansion, he was killed except his Brain and stomach. After the events to his death, his stomach and brain was transplanted into new body of Boskov (The russian circus bear) by Dr. Ghastly.
He is also leader or Evil group "Evil Con Carne", who wants to take over the whole world.

If Hector Con Carne was in game, he would appear as Boskov the Bear and his moveset would reference his evil plans for notorious example. He could also have original attacks like scratching with Boskov's paws or even he could eject his brain from bears head and do a headbutt.
His ultimate attack would allude to his death, where his mansion was bombed (He would trap opponents there).

I nominate Hector Con Carne, because it would be cool to put a character, who already shares the same universe with veteran universe.
Also Evil Con Carne might be niche CN show, but it deserves some love as Billy and Mandy or other popular 2000's CN shows.

Villain: Aku (Samurai Jack)

You can’t talk about Cartoon Network’s best villains without bringing up Jack’s arch-nemesis and the embodiment of evil, Aku. During a face-off with Jack, Aku traps the noble samurai in a dystopian future where the shapeshifting master of darkness rules with an iron fist. Despite being a ruthless tyrant, Aku’s not above showing his silly side. Let’s not forget that this is the same man who ordered an extra thick “pizza” and tried to indoctrinate children with exaggerated fairy tales.

If Samurai Jack ever gets a second rep, it’s gotta be Aku. The rivalry between him and Jack is the main driving force of the show, and he’s just an iconic character in his own right. It’s hard not to love this delightfully evil goofball! Along with the ability to breathe fire and shoot lasers, Aku’s shapeshifting powers give him a ton of moveset potential to work with.

Vilgax (Ben 10)

While his actual appearances are kinda sporadic, Vilgax is arguably the main antagonist of Ben 10 and he's given increased importance and focus in the reboot series. I think he'd fit the archetypical "heavy-hitting bad guy" style of fighting very well.
