Okay so I was watching this match when I noticed that the stocks for Peach were all strange.
I look down at the comments and I see...

Kirby glitch.
Select a character, move the selection icon over to Kirby but don't actually select Kirby, press Y once (Kirby should turn white), then L+ R + start reset. Stock icon changes depends on the character. Peach and Marth are Kirby, Falco turns into blue Yoshi, and I haven't tried with other characters, but play around with it it's fun
