Well I had Wi-Fi but I just moved and I haven't updated my Wii in a long while, is there anyway I can.

Can I Update my Wii without Wi-Fi

No you need to have wi-fi for system updates.
You can buy a cord to connect the Wii to your computer and do it. I think it's called the land adapter. You can buy it off Nintendo's site for around $30.

If you have a Nintendo DS, laptop, and a Wii at the same time then I highly recommend you get cable/DSL with a router attached. That way you can use all 3 of the electronics mentioned easily.
