    I took statistics in High School. It would be close enough but meh. As a Peach main I do not necessarily need to know the pull rates. I would say knowing what to do and how to use it is more important. (It would be nice to know though)

    To an extent you could argue every character has many attacks shared between other characters. I cannot see side B being a spike tbh. I believe tatsu has no star but true tatsu does.     It is not covered in the video BUT if you knock an enemy off a platform they will go into tumble. During this animation they CANNOT tech the fall. Using Ftilt at low %'s or the weak spot of Bair can slide them off the platform. From there if you are quick enough you can initiate the jab reset...
