I feel a few moves are definitely a little ridiculous; but it's easily countered if you know what you're doing. And if not, you can learn. Quick question about being banned; if you are banned, how long does the ban last? Or is it permanent? Does anybody know?

Depends who I use; for some reason level 9s don't counter or seem to want to dodge Ness' PK Thunder, so in that scenario I can beat down 3 in a 1vs3 handicapped match. If I use a more tactical character, such as Little Mac or Toon Link, I can beat around 1-2 on average.

I personally think it's hit or miss. If you get a large tournament, then it can be very exciting. If you get a smaller tournament, it gets rarely boring quickly. I like the ability to set the rules, I think FG (1vs1 and 2vs2) should have that option as well. I would of preferred the OLD...

Playing level 9s won't prepare you for a tournament; though it CAN increase your dodging and blocking abilities if you time it right and use the match against the CPU as a means to not fight back, but to avoid being hit. And that would translate in a normal match. However, they fight (as stated)...
